NCMIC Group CEO Mike McCoy is a well-known and respected financial services leader and entrepreneur, as well as the author of the book It Begs the Question: Learn how the best managers drive performance through question-centric coaching. Previously, Mike served as President, Wells Fargo Card Service, where he was responsible for $20 billion in receivables and 4,000 team members. He successfully led the organization through the financial downturn and in his final year, led the credit card company to their best financial performance in its history. He was also CEO of SpendSmart Payments Company where he established a new strategic direction and rebranded the company. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Missouri State University.
