David Siebert

CEO

David Siebert was named CEO of NCMIC in 2025, bringing nearly 30 years of company experience to the role. He began his career in 1995 as a claims representative and has since held a variety of leadership roles, including litigation consultant, assistant vice president, senior vice president, and president of NCMIC Insurance Company. Over the years, David has led strategic initiatives across NCMIC’s insurance and agency operations, overseeing programs for chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, physicians, dentists, and attorneys. He has driven growth, strengthened partnerships, and helped enhance profitability - all while staying rooted in the company’s mission. Known for his authentic leadership style and collaborative approach, David is committed to supporting healthcare professionals and guiding NCMIC’s continued evolution. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and began his career at Crawford & Company. David and his family live in Urbandale, Iowa. He serves as president-elect on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa.
