Keith Henaman

Senior Vice President - Claims

Keith Henaman was named senior vice president of claims in November 2021 after serving as vice president of claims since 2003. In his current role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of NCMIC’s claims team as they manage professional liability claims for chiropractors, medical doctors, naturopaths and dentists. Prior to joining NCMIC in 1994, Henaman handled claims for Liberty Mutual Insurance, starting as an adjuster and working his way up to supervisor. Henaman holds a bachelor’s degree in commercial economics from South Dakota University and is an active volunteer and coach on the Leukemia & Lymphoma Societies Team in Training (TNT) —the fundraising branch raising money for research. He competes in endurance events and has completed two full marathons, two 100-mile bike rides, two Olympic distance triathlons and two half marathons for TNT and raised over $60,000 for blood cancer research.
