Matt Gustafson

CFO/Treasurer

Matt Gustafson is chief financial officer/treasurer of NCMIC Group. Inc. He joined NCMIC’s accounting department in 1998 and, after serving in several roles, was named to his current position in 2015. In his role as CFO, Gustafson is responsible for directing the financial affairs of the group and its subsidiaries including financial reporting, tax planning, accounting and budgeting. Gustafson also has experience with regulatory compliance and the administration of corporate matters having previously served as NCMIC Corporate Secretary. He is also a member of the company’s Audit and Finance Committee, antifraud Special Investigative Unit and has responsibility for oversight of the organization’s diversification efforts. Gustafson holds a BBA degree in Accounting from Iowa State University and currently serves on the board of directors of the Blank Park Zoo Foundation.
