Senior Vice President - Insurance Operations

Melissa was named to her current position in May 2020. In this role she leads the Risk Operations team and the Insurance Client Service Center with a focus on process improvements, customer experience, and profitable growth of the insurance company. Melissa has been with NCMIC since January 2004, with previous roles including Business Development Manager, Equipment Finance Sales Manager, Vice President and General Manager – Equipment Finance, and Vice President – Risk Operations.
