Executive Vice President, Enterprise Growth

Tony Dickinson joined NCMIC in 2017 and serves as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Growth, while continuing to lead NCMIC Finance Corporation (NFC) as president. Tony has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, with a career spanning lending, payments, insurance and consumer and commercial businesses. Since joining NCMIC, he has helped grow and diversify NCMIC’s businesses, including leading strategic partnerships, investments and acquisitions. Before joining NCMIC, Tony spent 11 years with Wells Fargo, most recently as vice president and marketing manager. Tony believes strongly in giving back to the communities where he lives and works. He was the first Iowan appointed to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America Board of Trustees and has held leadership roles with Mount Mercy University, the Iowa Sports Foundation, the Greater Des Moines Partnership and more. Tony earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Mount Mercy University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
