Traci Galligan

Senior Vice President - Human Resources

Traci Galligan serves as senior vice president of human resources for NCMIC. After joining the company in 2009, and serving in various capacities within the HR department, Traci was named to her current position in 2018. Traci is passionate about the company's vision "We Take Care of Our Own" and works diligently to ensure the company culture reflects this time-honored tradition. Equally important to her is serving the community. She currently serves on the board for House of Mercy. Traci graduated from Iowa State University with honors and has advanced her certifications in HR and Insurance throughout her career.
