The credit card processing program is administered through Professional Solutions Financial Services, a registered trademark and division of NCMIC Finance Corporation (NCMIC).

To use the equipment at no additional cost, a two- or three-year contract is required, depending on the equipment selected. An early termination fee applies. Businesses processing less than $2,000 per month are not eligible for the $100 price challenge. If a third-party processor is used for EHR integration or a business requires add-on services, the $100 challenge is null.
