When it comes to the Quality Payment Program (QPP) and moving Medicare Part B clinicians to a performance-based payment system, most physicians know that there are two tracks to choose from—Advanced Alternative Payment Models (APMs) or the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
