Additional disclaimers and clarifications apply to the Professional Solutions risk management offerings: Discount can be earned by taking Professional Solutions-produced courses or Professional Solutions courses provided by approved companies. Access for these courses is available through the Professional Solutions website. The maximum risk management discount earned in any given calendar year cannot exceed 15%. All risk management offerings must be completed at least 90 days prior to the renewal date. Those who receive a risk management discount will not be eligible to receive the experience rating modification. The total of all discounts and/or credits used in conjunction with the risk management discount will not exceed 70%. Physician office staff are invited to attend all activities, but to earn any discount, the activity must be completed by the physician. Staff cannot earn discounts on behalf of a physician. Courses that are approved for continuing medical education (CME) credits will be noted accordingly. All discounts, with the exception of the Personalized Risk Assessment are in effect for one (1) calendar year.
